Shoe Review on the Scott’s T2C Evo Running Shoe which is advertised as the most versatile running shoe on the market. I have put about 300 miles on my pair and I will say that they do hold up to their name. This is a very versatile shoe that can be used for speed work all the way up to long runs. I even used it for the Lean Horse 100 mile race and they held up great. Overall this is a very solid shoe that worked perfectly for transitioning from marathon training to ultramarathon training. It allowed me to do a wide range of runs and workouts in this shoe and performed great during my race.

An accident over thirty years ago left me with broken heels and a crushed right ankle. After trying all types of boots, (money no object) I bought a pair of 511 6" Haste three years ago. The support and fit was better than any hiking, hunting, or work boots i had tried. That pair lasted over a year of everyday wear, eventually breaking down in support. (I "roll" my ankles, thus pressuring the outside and wearing the sole.) My second pair again lasted about a year. Great value in my opinion. I'm hoping the 8" boot will give more support and service time. They were comfortable the first day, as the others.

I want to start by saying I buy two to three pairs of timberland pro boots for work and home as they are the most comfortable boots I have bought time and time again. This pair here however has a different tongue on it and no matter what I do it pulls so far to one side that it is uncomfortable. This is especially evident on the left boot. This calls for having to adjust every 15 to 30 minutes. I quickly retired them but I will not buy this particular style again even though I really like the way it looks.

I got the Citrico color in this shoe and I can't say enough about them. They're incredibly comfortable and I love the color! The photo on Amazon doesn't do it justice. It's a nice shade of green, muted and soft, but with just enough color to make it noticeable. As for comfort -- I stood/walked around in them for 6 hours straight and had no pain the entire day!! Also, I have high arches so I'm very particular with the angle of the platform, way it slopes, and amount of cushion for the footpad. This shoe gets an A+ on ALL counts. I'm getting another pair in a different color for summer! Great to wear with everything -- slacks, jeans, shorts, skirts, dresses, etc. You can't go wrong with this shoe.

Me and my husband are loyal inov-8 customers. I don't run in anything else. We also just stated crossfit a few months ago and these shoes are perfect. They have amazing grip, form to our foot bed, and once they are broken in are more comfortable than my slippers. The toe area is wider in these than the older version and y husband loves that, giving plenty of room for swelling or mobility.

Try to avoid tripping over your own feet while walking - you'll never want to take your eyes off of these shoes. They're not heavy so much as - solid, so if you're looking for a shoe to simply go to the mall in - This - isn't quite the one. (seriously - the build quality alone makes you a bit self conscious.) I've had other saddle oxfords (J.Fisk etc - ) most of which didn't hold a candle to this - however they weren't quite as heavy. (maybe it's the nike air tech in the back?)

If you're style is on that level - great - but for the rest of us, pull this bad boy out when you plan on wearing other clothes to match - it's the kind of shoe that makes you stand up straight.

That being said - I felt like the break in period was reasonably short - and the extra waxed laces are a huge plus.

Downside - amazon forgot to put in my cole haan shoe-carry bags. (shame on them)
