I am not a fan of stilletos in regards to the lack of comfort and the look of being cheap (in my opionion). Living in Europe also requires me to walk about on cobblestones every day to the metro and I have had many wipeouts when I have tried to wear thin heels. Yet, I am always looking for sexy shoes with a comfort factor which can be quite an oxymoron. These boots fit the bill! Soft leather, wide enough forefoot, and the heel is not too fat or thin. And true to size! I would give this a 4 1/2 star due to a tiny hiccup; the calf is a little big, but not noticeable. They are perfect for wearing over jeans or pants, but you can feel a tiny gap in the calf when worn without pants, however they still look sexy and the gap is not seen. This will be good news for those with larger calves. I plan to order them in another color. The shipment only took 2 days to arrive. I love nine west! They are usually the only shoe that I can blindly order online without worries. Most shoes also are too narrow for my forefoot, but ninewest always gives enough width in the front but not too much in the heel. I highly recommend these boots for those who still want to have comfort and get compliments at the same time.
