I've got them in the dark natural leather 11m and went back and bought them in the black. Waited because they were sold out. Anyone who reads my reviews knows I'm consistent with airing out my boots and storing them back in the boxes after wearing. I've wore these boots so much since I got them that they've only made it back to the box once. Visited a friend last night who has 3 cats and 2 dogs jumping all over me and not one scratch (and one of the dogs was a large golden retriever who really jumps on you), unlike some boots we've all owned that you could scratch with your finger nails putting on.Now to the important stuff, I'm 5'8" and they come to my knee. 15.5" calves, no problem (I can wear them over hose and leggings easily) I wear 10.5 m/w but always buy 11 for that toe wiggle room. True to fit. The sole is not as narrow as it looks in the picture. These boots are super comfortable, soles are not slippery (don't think good for icy areas but can't say for sure), leather is so soft, side zipper with fake zipper down the back which I add zipper bling to sometimes just for fun and very well made. I'm a fan. They can go casual or dressy with their design. Can also scrunch them down if you want. Very versatile.
Price was great. Gotta love Amazon. Very quick shipping. I chose free shipping and still got them ahead of shipping date.
