I bought a pair of these and they lasted five years. Three of those years I was framing houses in Utah, Colorado, and Arizona. The tread wore smooth before the boot wore through. Just make sure you treat the leather with water proofer often and you will be golden. I had to use a custom insole because they got a little uncomfortable on them for several hours. Overall and excellent boot, and the steel toe is nice too.
