My usual Clarks shoes is size 11 1/2 or 12, I bought this at size 12 too.
Ankle and heel area fit and support my feet well, the front part is wide and 1/2 size longer but not a problem for me since my feet are quite wide. After walking and standing for a long time, the extra space in the toes area is really nice, I can stretch my toes wide.

Overall feel is completely different from Rockport's, Florsheim's and Clark's, not too stiff, shock absorbing, and still looks good enough for office and semi formal parties.

Expensive? Yes it is very expensive. Is it worth it? If you are over 6 feet and really overweight, you'll appreciate it. This shoes still comfortable but at least you don't look ridiculous wearing your CROCS.
