I normally wear a 9.5D, good fit as a 9.5M, comfy for a new boot with a removable rubber type foot pad insert, but still stiff as a new boot should be. My favorite boots took a while for the leather to break in and these seem to fit that patern. I really like the quick lace eyelets that go down farther than most boots, as it makes it easy to get the boots on and off. I plan on buying another pair, as whatever I like, seems to be phased out soon after. Has an aggressive tread, quality looking leather, and seems to be well made after wearing for a few weeks. I have had plenty of import boots die a quick death unlike USA made boots. Buying made in the USA has been a better value than buying import junk. I expect these to last awhile under bad conditions.
